1. Pulse generator has the following characteristics: VGEN = VDD ±1%, tPL = 1.0 ±0.1 µs, tr and tf ≤ 10 ns .

2. RL = 200 kn ±10 % and CL = 50 pF ±5 % including wiring and probe capacitance.
