MIL-M-38510-208 Microcircuit, Digital, 4096-Bit Schottky, Bipolar, Programmable Read-Only Memory Prom, Monolithic SiliconThis specification covers the detail requirements for monolithic silicon, programmable read-only memory PROM microcircuits which employ thin film nichrome NiCr resistors, titanium-tungsten TiW, or zapped vertical emitter ZVE as the fusible link or programming element. Two product assurance classes and a choice of case outlines and lead finishes are provided and are reflected in the complete part number. For this product, the requirements of MIL-M-38510 have been superseded by MIL-PRF-38535, see 6.4.

NOTES:

1. Index area; a notch or a pin one identification mark shall be located adjacent to pin one and shall be located within the shaded area shown. The manufacturer's identification shall not be used as a pin one identification mark.

2. The minimum limit for dimension b1 may be .020 (.51 mm) for leads number 1, 10, 11, and 20 only.

3. Dimension Q shall be measured from the seating plane to the base plane.

4. This dimension allows for off-center lid, meniscus and glass overrun.

5. The basic pin spacing is .100 (2.54 mm) between centerlines. Each pin centerline shall be located within ±.010 (.25 mm) of its exact longitudinal position relative to pins 1 and 20.
