Notes:

1. Unless otherwise stated, all capacitors are 47μF tantalum paralleled with 0.1 μF ceramic.

2. The volts rms meter bandwidth shall be greater than 100 kHz.

3. A1, A2, and A3 shall have a gain bandwidth product greater than 10 MHz and an input noise density less than

10 nV/ Hz .

4. The noise voltage at OUT pins shall be less than 20 μVrms. (NO for Vref)

5. With S-1 in position 2, the measured rms noise voltage shall be less than 10 mVrms. (NO for all bits off).
