NOTES:
1. The pulse characteristics shall be established under load while the 0UT is operating. tTHL = tTLH = 1.0 μs.
tp2 = 25 μs at 3% duty cycle.
VPULSE = 0.2 V for device types 01 (case X), 02, 03, 04, and 05. VPULSE = 0.4 V for device types 01 (case Y), 06, 07, 08, and 09.
2. VOUT = 400 mV maximum for device type 01 (case X).
VOUT = 800 mV maximum for device type 01 (case Y).
VOUT = 500 mV maximum for device types 02 - 05.
VOUT = 1000 mV maximum for device types 06 - 09.
(These values guarantee the specified limits for load transient response).
3. Oscilloscope minimum bandwidth shall be 5 MHz.
