1/ Complete terminal conditions shall be as specified in table III.
2/ At TC = +125°C, VIL = 0.7 V, VOL maximum = 0.45 V.
3/ Not more than one output should be shorted at a time, duration of short circuit not to exceed 5 seconds.
4/ With all outputs open, ICC is measured with the Q and Q outputs high in turn. At the time of the measurement, the clock input is grounded.
5/ With all outputs open and 5.5 applied to all data and clear inputs, ICC is measured after a momentary ground, then 5.5 V is applied to clock.
6/ fMAX, minimum limit specified is the frequency of the input pulse. The output frequency shall be one-half of the input frequency.
