1. The pulse characteristics shall be established under load while the DUT is operating.

tTLH = tTHL = 5.0 μs

VIN = VIN - 3.0 V

tpl = 25 μs at 3% duty cycle.

2. VOUT = 90 mV maximum (this guarantees the specification limit of 30 mV/V).

3. Oscilloscope minimum bandwidth shall be 5 MHz.

4. RL shall be type RER 70 or equivalent.
