NOTES:

1.    The driver pulse generator shall have the following characteristics:


a.    Vgen   = 0 V to 3.0 V.

b.    Rise time (0.3 V to 2.7 V) ≤ 10 ns

c.    Fall time (2.7 V to 0.3 V) ≤ 10 ns


2.     The source pulse generator shall have the following characteristics:


a.  Vgen = -7.5 V to +7.5 V square wave (device types 01, 03, 05, and 07). b.  Vgen = -10 V to +10 V square wave (device types 02, 04, 06, and 08).
