11    All resistors are ±0.1 % tolerance and all capacitors are ±10% tolerance.

21    Precautions shall be taken to prevent damage to the device under test during insertion into socket and change of state of relays (i.e. disable voltage supplies, current limit ±VCC, etc.).

31    This capacitance includes the actual measured value with stray and wire capacitance.
