NOTES:

1. The pulse generators have the following characteristics:

tf = tr ≤ 6 µs, VGEN = 4.5 V.

2. RL = 1 kn ± 5%.

3. CL = 50 pF ± 10%, including scope probe, wiring, and stray capacitance without package in test fixture.

4. Voltage measurements are to be made with respect to network ground terminal.

5. Output connected to VCC for tPLZ and tPZL and to GND for tPHZ and tPZH.
