NOTES:

1. Pulse generator has the following characteristics: tr = tf s 6 ns; PRR s 1 MHz;

duty cycle = 50%.

2. CL = 50 pF ± 10%; includes scope probe, wiring, and stray capacitance, without package in test fixture.

3. Voltage measurements are to be made with respect to network ground terminal.

4. All unused inputs are tied to VCC or ground according to table III.

5. The input signal for HCT device types (52 and 53) will be 0 to 3 volts; however, the 50% VCC measuring

point is 1.3 volts for input and output.
