1. The pulse generator has the following characteristics: VGEN = VDD ±1%; tr = tf = s 20 ns;

f = 100 kHz; 50% duty cycle.

2. Load conditions: RL = 200 kO ±10%, CL = 50 pF (includes probe and test jig capacitance).

3. Connect each output terminal to a load circuit as shown.
