Notes:

1. The pulse generators have the following characteristics: ZOUT = 50 ν, tTLH = tTHL ≤ 5 ns, tpl = 500 ns, PRR = 1 MHz, tp2 = 1 μs, PRR = 500 kHz.

2. All strobe inputs are tested according to table III.

3. CL includes probe and jig capacitance.

4. All diodes are 1N916, or equivalent.
