11 Unprogrammed device conditions.
21 Input voltages shall be: A = 2.0 V minimum; 8 = 0.8 V maximum.
31 Output voltages shall be either:
a. H = 2.4 V minimum and L = 0.5 V maximum when using a high speed checker double comparator. b. H � 1.0 V and L < 1.0 V when using a high speed checker single comparator.
41 Terminal conditions (GND or 5.0 V) shall be as specified on figure 5 or in the altered item drawing, as applicable, so that all outputs are at a low logic level.
