NOTES:

1. The pulse generator has the following characteristics:

TP = 200 ns, PRR ≤ 10 Hz, TR = TF ≤ 10 ns, ZOUT = 50 ν.

2. R1 = 360 ν ±5% carbon.

3. RL1-2 = 24 ν ±5% carbon.

4. RL3-4 = 470 ν ±5% carbon.

5. RL5-8 = 100 ν ±5% carbon.

6. C1-8 = 100 pF ±5% (including probe and jig capacitance).

7. CR1-4 = 1N916 or equivalent.

8. Connect loading and pulse generator to terminals as specified in table III.

9. For use only during the tTLH2 and tTHL2 tests.
