1. The pulse generator has the following characteristics:

TP = 200 ns, PRR ≤ 10 Hz, TR = TF ≤ 10 ns, ZOUT = 50 ν.

2. R1 = 360 ν ±5% carbon.

3. RL1-3 = 24 ν ±5% carbon.

4. RL4,5 = 100 ν ±5% carbon.

5. CL = 100 pF ±5%, including probe and jig capacitance.

6. Connect loads and pulse generator to terminals as specified in table III.
