NOTES:

1. The pulse generator has the following characteristics:

TP = 200 ns, PRR ≤ 10 Hz, TR = TF ≤ 10 ns, ZOUT = 50 ν. For all tests except VOH TP = 40 μs.

2. RL1 = RL4 = 470 ν ±5% carbon for VOH and 24 ν ±5% carbon for all other tests.

3. CL1-CL4 = 100 pF ±5%, including probe and jig capacitance.

4. Connect VS to V(Clamp)

5. Connect loads and pulse generator to terminals as specified in table III.
