NOTES:

1. The pulse generator shall have the following characteristics: PRR = 1 MHz, tp = 0.5 µs, Zout � 50 n.

2. When testing device 01 or 06, connect output Y to transistor base and ground the substrate terminal.

3. RL = 47 n ±5% carbon.

4. CL = 100 pF minimum, including probe and jig capacitance.

5. R1 = 51 n ±5% carbon.
