Device type 07 and 08

NOTE8:

1. At TA = +125°C, 87 and 88 shall be closed and the factor of 1000 shall be replaced with a factor of 100 in all equations for llO, +llB, and -llB and the factor of 10 Mn shall be replaced with a factor of 1 Mn in

all equations for llO, +llB, and -llB. Also, the units shall be nA.

2. lLOAD = -10 mA at TA = +25°C, -5 mA at TA = -55°C and TA = +125°C.

3. VAC = -1.0 V to +1.0 V for device type 07, VAC = -10.0 V to +10.0 V for device type 08.

4. ∆V = -3.3 V to +3.3 V for device type 07, ∆V = -5.0 V to +5.0 V for device type 08.

5. Any oscillation of 300 mVPP or greater shall be cause for device failure.

6. All resistors are ±1% tolerance and all capacitors are ±10% tolerance, unless otherwise indicated.

7. lLOAD = +10 mA at TA = +25°C, +5 mA at TA = -55°C and TA = +125°C.
