1.    For ripple rejection:

VINS = 2 V rms, 10 kHz.  Ripple rejection (dB) = 20 log ( VINS / Erms )


2.    For noise:

VINS = 0 V rms.  Erms is over a bandwith of 100 Hz to 10 kHz = noise μV rms.


3.    CREF is as specified in table III.
