NOTES:

1. Unless otherwise specified in the notes with the individual waveforms, all pulse generators shall have the

following characteristics: tTLH ≤ 2.5 ns, tTHL ≤ 2.5 ns, ZOUT = 50 n.

2. CL = 50 pF ± 10%, including scope probe, wiring, and stray capacitance without package in test fixture.

3. All diodes are 1N3064, or equivalent.

4. RL = 280 n ±5%.

5. Load circuit on a given output are only required where the specific test given in table III indicates "OUT" on

the output.
