NOTES:

1. CL = 50 pF ±10%, includes test jig and probe capacitance.

2. Input pulse shall have the following characteristics: tr = tf ≤ 6 ns; PRR ≤ 1MHz; duty cycle = 50%.

3. All unused inputs are tied to VCC or GND for device types 03 and 05, and to GND for device types 01, 02,

and 04 as defined in table III.

4. tTHL1 - tTHL2 = tTHL; tTLH2 - tTLH1 = tTLH.

5. R1 = 1 kn ±5% tied to a voltage equal to VCC for loading device type 03 only.
