1. The pulse generator has the following characteristics: Vgen = 3 V, tr s 15 ns, tf s 6 ns, tp = .5 us, PRR s 1 MHz, Zout ≈ 50, tp(clear) � 20 ns, tp(clear) � 35 ns for device 02.

2. All diodes are 1N3064 or equivalent.

3. CL includes probe and jig capacitance.

4. Voltage values are with respect to ground teminal.
