NOTES:

1.  Input pulse characteristics: PRR ≤ 1.0 MHz, tr  ≤ 15 ns, tf  ≤ 6 ns.

2.  CL  = 50 pF ±10% for tPLH, tPHL, tPZL, and tPZH  tests; CL  = 15 pF minimum for tPHZ, and tPLZ  tests.  CL includes probe and jig capacitance.

3.  All diodes are 1N3064 or 1N916.  RL  = 2.0 kν ±5% for device types 05 and 08, and RL  = 680ν ±5% for device types 06 and 07.

4.  Load circuit on a given output is only required where the specific test in table III indicates "OUT" on that output.
