Two product assurance classes and a choice of case outlines and lead finishes are provided for each type and are reflected in the complete part number. For this product, the requirements of MIL-M-38510 have been superseded by MIL-PRF-38535, see 6.4.

NOTES:

1. The pulse generator shall have the following characteristics: Vgen = 3 V, PRR = 1 MHz, tTLH and tTHL ≤ 10 ns, tp = 200 ns, and ZOUT � 50 n.

2. CL = 50 pF minimum, including scope probe, wiring, and stray capacitance.

3. RL = 390 n ±5%.

4. All diodes are 1N3064 or equivalent.
