NOTES:

1. The pulse generator shall have the following characteristics:

PRR = 1 MHz, tp = 0.5 µs, Zout � 50 ohms, tTLH = tTHL ≤ 10 ns, and VIH = 3.0 V, VIL = 0 V.

2. CL = 50 pF minimum including probe and jig capacitance.

3. All diodes are 1N3064 or equivalent.

4. RL = 280 n ±5%.
