1.    Input noise voltage density (En) test:  R1 = 50 ν, R2 = 10 kν.


2.    Input noise current density (In) test:  R1 = 105 kν, R2 = 2.0 Mν.


3.    All resistors are metal film and ±1 % tolerance.  Capacitors are ±10 % tolerance.
