NOTES:

1 Adjust the signal generator so that VIN is a 100 mV pulse train with a 10 μs pulse width at 50 kHz, tTLH and tTHL ≤ 10 ns and ZO 50ν.

2 Setup procedure:

a. With VIN = 0, adjust VREF from -5.0 mV to +5.0 mV for subgroup 1, adjust VREF from -7.0 mV to +5.0 mV

for subgroups 2 and 3, in 0.1 mV steps and stop when output switches from high to low.

b. Change VREF from the value obtained in (a) above by the required VOD (overdrive). c. Apply VIN and measure the response time.

3 All resistor tolerances are ±1% and all capacitor tolerances are ±10%.

4 The output capacitance includes scope, probe and jig capacitance.
