Two product assurance classes and a choice of case outlines and lead finishes are provided for each type and are reflected in the complete part number. For this product, the requirements of MIL-M-38510 have been superseded by MIL-PRF-38535, see 6.3.

1/  For cases 2 and X pins not referenced are N/C.

2/  Apply 3.0 V min/5.5 V max, 0 V, 3.0 V min/5.5 V max to  MR  then 3.0 V min/5.5 V max, 0 V, 3.0 V min/5.5 V max to CP prior to making measurement.

3/  Apply 3.0 V min/5.5 V max, 0 V, 3.0 V min/5.5 V max to CP prior to making measurement.

4/  IIL1  limits shall be as follows:
