1. VIN = Input pulse and has the following characteristics: PRR � 1.0 MHz, t1 = t0 = 6.0 ±1.5 ns, ZOUT = 50n.

2. CL = 50 pF ±10% including scope probe, wiring and stray capacitance without package in test fixture.

3. Input - output waveform combination in accordance with the truth table (see figure 2).

4. RL = 499 ±1%.

5. Voltage measurements are to be made with respect to network ground terminal.
