1. VIN = Input pulse and has the following characteristics: PRR � 1 MHz, t1 = t0 � 2.5 ns.

2. Inputs not under test are at ground or 2.7 V per table III.

3. CL = 50 pF ±10%, including scope probe, wiring and stray capacitance without package in test fixture.

4. RL = 499n ±5%.

5. Voltage measurements are to be made with respect to network ground terminal.
